Appointment/Cancellation Policies
Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. We understand that changes and cancellations are sometimes necessary. We request 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment.
We understand that your time is valuable so we ask that you arrive for your appointment on time so we have adequate time to provide you with the best care. If you are 15 minutes late or more we will reschedule your appointment.

Insurance/Financial Policies
Our office is committed to providing services that are necessary to your individual needs. We are devoted to helping you utilize your insurance benefits and helping you communicate with your insurance provider. To help patients maximize their coverage, we do encourage all of our patients to become familiar with their own coverage as each plan/policy varies. We are an in-network provider with Delta Dental and we can help submit claims to numerous other insurance companies.
